Our latest apprentice has been with us since August 2024 and completes his engineering apprenticeship this year, which he began prior to joining Temco and is finishing off with us. Heโs mentored day to day by our Engineering Coordinator, and supported by ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ (GET) who not only offer excellent training facilities in Gloucester, but are also conveniently located right next door to Temco in Cinderford!
Itโs always great to see how the next generation of Engineers develop during their time with us. The apprenticeship focuses on ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐๐ฌ, combining mechanical engineering with electrical and electronic control engineering – a great foundation in an industry facing a well-documented skills shortage across the UK and beyond.
Looking ahead, once the apprenticeship is complete, Temco will be right here to support further personal development. Who knows? One day, they may well mentor apprentices here at Temco. Weโre are proud to have apprentices as an integral part of our team.
