Aerumtec Group Strategic Structural Transition
In 2023, Capmont (formerly Deutsche Invest Mittelstand GmbH) completed the acquisition of the LEONI Business Group Products & Solutions (PG PS). Temco Wire Products Limited have been part of the newly formed aerumtec Group since that acquisition. Today we are writing to share an important update regarding our organisational structure.
As part of a broader strategic decision, the Aerumtec Group—of which TEMCO Wire Products Ltd has been a part—is being formally dissolved. While this marks the end of the group structure during Q4 2025, TEMCO Wire Products Ltd will continue to operate independently and without interruption.
What This Means for You?

- All products, services, and support remain fully available
- Your existing contacts, agreements, and pricing remain unchanged
